More LEGO Star Wars 2015 Set Images!

Hi guys! Hope you've had a great weekend so far!

I've been surfing the nets recently, and I've come across some more interesting images of the 2015 Star Wars sets, due to be in local stores around Christmas.

Some of you may have noticed how the previous deluge of images that I mentioned in my previous update missed out on a few sets, namely the Microfighters 75072 ARC-170, 75085 Hailfire Droid and 75087 Anakin's Custom Jedi Starfighter.

As you can see from the above images, the sets look fantastic, a great addition to the existing Star Wars line of sets.

Interestingly, you might want to note the Clone Trooper Lieutenant in the 75085 Hailfire Droid. He looks like the same one that was given away in Polybag form at LEGOLAND California and the May 4th event last year. So it looks like my earlier guesses are right! This is great news for collectors like me, meaning we can now get this not-so-exclusive-anymore minifigure through regular retail outlets.

I'm Back! Blog Update 18/10/14

Hi guys! I'm back!

After the long break for my exams, I'm happy to say that studies are no more (for the moment) and I can get back to LEGO. I apologise for the lack of updates, but as of Friday, 17th October, everything will be back to normal.

In my absence, a few interesting developments have cropped up, which I will be elaborating upon in this post, and what I have planned for the future.

As the school holidays approach, I'm planning to do a photo tour of ALL the LEGO Stores in Singapore. Some of you may have noted that i previously published a post cataloging my Top 5 visited LEGO Stores, so this will be way more comprehensive, with videos of the shops and their special or exclusive products.

On top of that, I have recently gotten into the habit of collecting LEGO Star Wars Polybags, so I plan to write an article all about them, for various aspects such as where to buy them, and what to look out for.

As for the set reviews that I have been publishing, I'll be interspersing them with my regular articles, so that this blog doesn't become one big LEGO customer feedback page. Also, I'll be writing an article about my collection at large. As I mentioned before, I apologize for not reviewing every single LEGO set, partially because I don't own all of them, but also because I am too lazy to write 1500 word reviews for each of them

If you guys do want me to review a particular LEGO Star Wars set in my collection, I will do so. Just leave a comment, or send me and email or something.

This year, I'll also be visiting the LEGO "Heaven", Hong Kong. I've heard a lot about this place, particularly In's Point, and I will definitely be checking it out. Apart from shopping for LEGO, I also hope to make a comprehensive walkthrough/shopping guide for the place, something that I have been unable to find on the Internet. So look out for that in late December!

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. My father will be visiting the LEGO Factory in Billund, Denmark on a business trip. I have no idea which factory or locations he will be visiting, but he has said that it will be a "Factory" and he will be visiting one of the shops. Not very helpful, I know. I have asked him to take some pictures if he can, and buy some stuff for me and my brother, so at least I have that to look forward to.

So, thats all I have planned for the school holidays, thanks for reading!

Toys R' Us Shopping! 3/10/14

Hi All! I'm back again after 2 weeks of intense studying and mugging leading up to my exams!

I apologize again for not updating this blog as often as I should, its just that my exams take top priority right now, but after October 18th, things should be back to normal!

So today I went down to United Square at Novena, to check out the new Brickbusta Promotion which is the SG equivalent of Bricktober I guess. For those who are unfamiliar, this is the Link: http://www.toysrus.com.sg/inside/LEGO-Brickbusta2014-main.htm
